But I would always fall into a similar pattern to you of going to weigh in having only been really good for 48 hours - and then being crushingly (and illogically!) disappointed when I didn't lose.

I've realised I need to make a greater commitment to myself - and definitely become more accountable - so I have signed up to 12WBT, although I am still signed up to WW too! Part of me feels like that program is still worthwhile and achievable as a lifestyle, if I utilise it properly... I'd love to hear more about your last WW experiences if you get a chance and are still planning to write an entry about it.Lady Shambleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03589723406514390052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840033536948341738.post-3487760737134921752012-01-18T04:59:22.169+11:002012-01-18T04:59:22.169+11:00Goldern post Jacqueline :). I'm so proud of you. You...Fantastic Jacqueline.
I'm so proud of you. Your journey sounds like so many other's including mine. I'm like you I want to shout it out from the roof tops, "This program works like no other and if you commit to it 100% you will NEVER look back,... EVER!"
I want all my fat friends to do it too. It is frustrating for me that although I rave about it and they can see the results and they have the info, they still haven't looked at the website let alone signed up. But, you can't live someone else's life for them. You can only live yours the best way you can.
Losing your 30Kilos is an inspiration to me. Actually you haven't lost it, because you have no intention of ever finding it again. Ha, ha. You 'FACED IT, AND ERASED IT'. Good for you.
Cheers, RobbieRobbie Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14167208337720984851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840033536948341738.post-54513508927467716652012-01-17T08:57:01.601+11:002012-01-17T08:57:01.601+11:00I cried reading this. Tears of happiness in the positive way you have made these fantastic changes in your life, and tears of empathy as everything you have written I could have written about myself. The self-loathing, the negative talk.

It is time we all start from a place of love, and move forward.

Thank you for a wonderful post and insight. xxMargarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00891182380425097782noreply@blogger.com
